new hair

my hair looks fantastic; i'm very impressed with it. was in there a total of three hours, which sounds daunting but actually wasn't, seeing as there was always something going on. lass called antonia cut my hair, she was lovely, and i was soon sat there discussing how natasha bedingfield looks mishapen on her These Words video, but that you can't quite put your finger on how. she's cut a good two inches off the length, put the layers back in, made the feathering more defined at the front and put some goldeny highlights in it, so that i look slightly blonder, but a warm kind of blonde. it looks kick ass... well my sister thinks it does anyway.
we were going to go shopping afterwards, but manchester weather decided to tip it down at that precise moment, so we got the bus home instead. it takes a whole hour to get from town home, it's a complete piss take. the detour past "salford shopping city" is a particular highlight.
consequently i've done no revision today, because once i got home i firstly spent a little while brushing my hair and posing/admiring in the mirror, and then felt incredibly sleepy from the warm house. i did nothing other than arse around reading and watching the simpsons. i shall revise lots tomorrow. i write that a lot in here, i've just noticed that.
back in sheffield on saturday, and like usual i'm half happy, half sad. i can't wait to see everyone again, even though most of them won't be back yet
(i think only becky, hannah and vicky will be there on sat), but i will miss being at home, and being around my family. i'll also miss the double bed and regular meals.
can't wait to get back to the gym though. i feel so unfit.
another shorter entry unfortunately. i'm sat trying to decide if i like rooster - staring at the sun or not, and consequently whether it should go on my latest minidisc. still not sure, but bordering on yes, i think.
