down in notts

well we're still waiting for the net to be sorted out at our house, but i'm down in notts this weekend at my gran's, which is why i'm able to complete this entry.

been feeling ill for the last week or so... it's turned into me feeling randomly light-headed and hot every now and again, as well as the normal headache and blockedness that comes with a cold. had one of the stupid light-headedness sessions during dissection on wednesday, so of course that was a total waste of time. really annoyed because i usually have a really good dissection session, but learned almost nothing about the lower limb. ended up reeking of formaldehyde for nothing.

went out to fuzz last night though, and that was good fun. ended up me, mel, michelle, emily, dave and rich going... i was pretty drunk on wine by the time we got in the taxi, and mel as bouncing off walls. we went to see hannah in bar one first, as she was working there that night, then went on to fuzz. saw The Others playing and they were really good, shall buy their album when it comes out. i was pretty drunk for most of the night - did crazy ass air guitar with dave, must've looked like such a loser. matt was there but he wouldn't hang around us for long because mel was there too - really wish he'd just get over it and get back to normal with us all.

still no sign of my very overdue period, though i've had a few days of hormone hell. i'm really hoping it turns up at some point this week, otherwise i'm gonna have to go see the doctor about it.

going to go shopping tomorrow, pick up a few bits. i haven't checked my bank balance in a few days now... seriously don't want to.

i bought a lovely butch lesbian hat from tx maxx last weekend, cost me all of �2.99. it looks a lot like shaun's 6th form hat that he let me wear sometimes, although mine's black. it's great for when the house is freezing cold.

i'm sorry this entry is a bit random and disjointed time-scale wise, but it's hard to archive stuff when i can't update more often. can't wait till we get the net either, i have a load of web cts to do, as well as being behind in a hell of a lot of emails.

righty i'd better go, want to read my latest patricia cornwall that my gran's currently lending me.
